stylish gorillas who escaped from the big city zoo in the early 1990s and therefore were not exactly up to date when they wanted to give their adoptive daughter a smashingly urbane look to wear in front of that new guy in town, Tarzan...
This looks like it's from that weird period of long skirts and asymmetric tops right around the time of grunge fashion.
