Not only is this a tight-fitting ribbed skirt AND a multicolored, ruffly sweater......the designer knitted matching ruffles onto the back of the leggings. Every knitted item on this website was modeled by a, well, model. But apparently they couldn't find one willing to put this on.

Who designed that, no seriously I want to know. I've been searching my whole life for ruffled leg warmers!
Well this outfit is certainly a head turner. I can imagine heads turning everywhere followed by the words, "WTF was that?" And ruffles leggings?
Nothing says "student project" more clearly. Reminds me of a friend who as a college art major, rebelled at having to make a "functional" set of dishes by using poisonous glaze.
